Even back then things like the shower area and such were so crowded. If and when i go back i would definietly try the sky lagoon as i heard from others and read in your article that it is really great.

Thanks for the comment Judy. Yes, you can visit the Blue Lagoon without going into the waters although you will buy a ticket for the entire experience. There is a platform surrounding the pool with outdoor chairs, as well as a cafeteria and restaurant area over looking the lagoon. With such limited time, I would probably recommend sightseeing over the Blue Lagoon, especially if you aren’t interested in going in the water. I hope that helps!

If so, how does that work? Thank you ! We are flying in and boarding a cruise ship the same day and not sure if we should spend our time sightseeing or going in the waters at the Blue Lagoon. Would love to visit the place but that is the only thing we would like to do. Thank you
